SNOWSTOPPER
The Eurovent® SNOWSTOPPER snow fence is made of galvanised steel. It is used as a protective element to prevent large amounts of snow from sliding off the roof and protects gutters against being torn off. It is installed together with a bracket on roof slopes with pitches from 15° to 60°.
Eurovent® SNOWSTOPPER is available in two heights: 15 cm and 20 cm, allowing the appropriate snow fence version to be selected for the roof structure and type of roof covering.

Application and Technical Data
The Eurovent® SNOWSTOPPER snow fence is used as a snow protection element for pitched roofs. Thanks to a wide range of brackets, the product can be adapted to almost any type of roof covering, including flat sheet metal roofing with standing seams. It is attached to the bracket by inserting and bending the fastening element.

To ensure maximum effectiveness of snow protection and durability of installation, Eurovent® SNOWSTOPPER should be used in combination with:
- Eurovent® highly vapour-permeable roof membranes, protecting the roof structure against moisture and water vapour condensation,
- Eurovent® sealing and adhesive tapes, increasing the tightness of joints in critical areas of the roof slope,
- Eurovent® eaves system elements, ensuring proper ventilation and water drainage from the roof.
- Eurovent® roof clips, which stabilise the roof covering in the snow-loaded zone,

How do the 15 cm and 20 cm versions differ?
Mainly in barrier height and the dedicated bracket system.
Can 15 cm always replace 20 cm?
No. Selection should follow the roof conditions and current recommendations.
Why is the barrier open?
To form a snow-retaining structure without creating a solid sheet barrier.
Does colour affect performance?
No, RAL colours mainly provide visual matching.
Can the barrier be installed alone?
No, suitable system brackets are required.
