VENTOS X FLAT BITU O
Eurovent® VENTOS X FLAT BITU O flat roof air vent made from plastic. The profiled cap prevents rainwater from flowing in. It has a base for installing the chimney on flat roofs, including: bituminous shingles, flat sheets and seam-finished roof panels. Available in several of the most popular color versions according to RAL colors.

Application and Technical Data
Eurovent® VENTOS X FLAT BITU O is designed for use as a ventilation component for pitched roofs with a slope from 5˚ to 45˚. It is used to ventilate moist air from beneath the roof covering, ensuring proper air circulation and adequate roof ventilation. The vent base is adapted for installation on flat roof coverings, including bituminous shingles, flat metal sheets and standing seam roof panels.

To ensure maximum ventilation performance and tightness of roof connections, Eurovent® VENTOS X FLAT BITU O should be used in combination with:
- Eurovent® system installation accessories, such as FLEX X, FLEXOS X and SEAL EPDM, ensuring a durable and tight finishing of the connection of the roof fan with bituminous roofing and other types of roof coverings,
- Eurovent® highly vapour-permeable roof membranes, which support proper roof slope ventilation and protect the roof structure against moisture;
- Eurovent® sealing and adhesive tapes, which protect the installation areas against weather conditions and moisture penetration;
- Eurovent® roof access elements, facilitating safe access to the installation and servicing areas of the ventilation device.

Is VENTOS X FLAT a terminal for room ventilation systems?
No. It is a roof-space vent intended to support ventilation of the roof space, rather than a typical terminal for a ventilation duct from a room.
When is a roof-space vent used?
Where the roof ventilation design provides additional air inlet or outlet points. Their number and arrangement should follow the roof construction.
Can FLAT replace proper eaves and ridge ventilation?
It should not be treated as an automatic substitute. It supplements the roof ventilation system.
Which roof pitch is suitable for FLAT?
Check the range in the current technical data sheet for the specific version, as available product materials may differ on this parameter.
Is the FLAT base selected in the same way as for VENTOS X?
Yes. The version must match the specific roof covering or an appropriately selected universal solution.
