VENTOS X BITU O
Eurovent® VENTOS X BITU O is an advanced roofing vent with the venting diameter of 170 mm and the venting entry of 150 mm, made of high-quality plastic. The construction of the roofing vent supports ventilation by using wind energy and ensures correct chimney draft. It has an anti-condensation system that removes condensation outside the roof. The profiled base prevents rainwater from flowing in. Tilt angle adjustment from 5 ° to 45 °. It has a base for installation on flat roofs, including: bituminous shingles, flat sheets and seam-finished roof panels. Available in several of the most popular color versions according to RAL colors.

The Eurovent® VENTOS X BITU O roof vent is used as a roof outlet for mechanical and natural ventilation ducts in residential and public utility buildings. The Eurovent® VENTOS X BITU O ventilation vent complies with PN-83/B-03430 together with amendment /Az3. The base of the vent is designed for installation on flat roof coverings, including bituminous shingles, flat metal sheets, and standing seam roof panels. Adjustable inclination from 5° to 45°.

Which coverings is the BITU O base intended for?
This version is intended for flat-type coverings specified in the current product documentation. Before installation, check that the particular covering is included in the permitted applications.
Is BITU O a universal solution for every flat metal sheet covering?
This should not be assumed. The penetration detail also depends on the covering technology, such as sheet layout, seams and substrate.
Does the roof vent still have an anti-condensation system?
Yes. BITU O primarily defines the method of passing through the covering; the vent’s basic construction remains part of the VENTOS X system.
Can BITU O be used on bituminous shingles?
If that use is permitted for the particular version by the current installation instructions. The detail must follow the recommendations for the relevant covering exactly.
Who should determine how to construct the penetration?
The installation detail must suit the covering technology and be executed by the contractor in accordance with the manufacturer’s documentation.
