VENTOS X ROTO M11
Eurovent® VENTOS X ROTO M11 is an advanced roofing vent with the venting diameter of 150 mm and the venting entry of 170 mm, made of high-quality plastic, aluminium and galvanised steel. It is equipped with supporting turbine that ensures low rotating resistance and high efficiency. The turbine is equipped with 15 aluminium guide vanes, shaped the way it strengthen natural draught of the venting channel, preventing changing the direction of the venting process (preventing downdraft). The construction of the roofing vent supports ventilation by using wind energy and ensures correct chimney draft. It has an anti-condensation system that removes condensation outside the roof. The profiled base prevents rainwater from flowing in. Tilt angle adjustment from 5 ° to 45 °. It has a base for mounting a chimney on sheets with M11 stamping. Available in several of the most popular color versions according to RAL colors.

Application and Technical Data
Eurovent® VENTOS X ROTO M11 rotary roof vent is used as a roof exhaust outlet for natural ventilation ducts in residential and public utility buildings. The vent complies with PN-83/B-03430 with amendment /Az3. The vent base is adapted for installation on pitched roofs covered with M11 profile metal roof tiles. Adjustable roof pitch range from 5° to 45°.

To ensure maximum ventilation performance and tightness of roof connections, Eurovent® VENTOS X ROTO M11 should be used in combination with:
- Eurovent® system installation accessories, such as FLEX X, FLEXOS X and SEAL EPDM, ensuring a durable and tight connection of the ventilation chimney with the roof covering;
- Eurovent® highly vapour-permeable roof membranes, which support proper roof slope ventilation and protect the roof structure against moisture;
- Eurovent® sealing and adhesive tapes, which protect the installation areas against weather conditions and moisture penetration;
- Eurovent® roof access elements, facilitating safe service access to the ventilation chimney.

What type of ventilation is VENTOS X ROTO intended for?
ROTO is primarily intended as a terminal for natural ventilation ducts. The turbine uses air movement around the roof to assist draught.
Will the turbine always improve poorly functioning ventilation?
This should not be assumed. Draught problems may arise from an incorrect duct cross-section, length or routing, insufficient air supply or the outlet location.
Does ROTO guarantee that backdraught will not occur?
The design aims to reduce reverse airflow and assist draught, but correct operation of the whole system also depends on the installation and conditions around the building.
Can ROTO be used as an outlet for mechanical ventilation?
The product’s primary application is natural ventilation. Other uses should be confirmed in the technical documentation and installation design.
Must the compatibility of the ROTO base with the roof covering also be checked?
Yes. The base selection principle is the same as for the standard VENTOS X series.
