MAXI PLUS
The Eurovent® MAXI PLUS roof membrane, three-layer, highly vapour-permeable, used for insulated and ventilated sloping roofs, also with full sarking. It is characterised by increased resistance to tearing, which obviously increases the comfort of work at the same time. Suitable for roof coverings such as concrete, clay, metal tiles, aluminium sheets, also in frame construction. Available as an option with 2 self-adhesive tapes - SYSTEM SK2.

Application and Technical Data
The Eurovent® MAXI PLUS roof membrane is used as an underlay for pitched, insulated and ventilated roofs, including roofs with full boarding. The product does not require a ventilation gap between the membrane and the thermal insulation (mineral wool, glass wool, etc.), which means the membrane may be in direct contact with the insulation. Installation of the final roof covering on the membrane must always be carried out using battens and counter-battens. It is suitable for use under almost all types of roof coverings, in particular ceramic tiles, concrete tiles, metal roofing tiles, aluminium sheets, etc.

In order to achieve maximum durability and full functionality, Eurovent® MAXI PLUS should be used in combination with:
- Eurovent® sealing and adhesive tapes
- Compatible ventilation accessories (ridge tapes, ventilation chimneys)
- Eurovent® system vapour control membranes and wind barrier membranes
The use of complete Eurovent® system solutions increases the durability and energy efficiency of the entire roof.

What applications is MAXI PLUS designed for?
Eurovent® MAXI PLUS is a highly vapour-permeable membrane for pitched, insulated and ventilated roofs. It can also be used on full sarking and in timber-frame construction.
Can MAXI PLUS be in direct contact with thermal insulation?
Yes. It can be installed directly on the insulation without an additional ventilation gap beneath the membrane.
What distinguishes MAXI PLUS?
It combines high vapour permeability, enhanced tear resistance and high watertightness. The product also has a material guarantee deposited with ZVDH and EMICODE® EC1 PLUS certification.
What coverings can it be used under?
It is suitable under roof tiles, metal roof tiles and aluminium roofing systems. The final build-up should always comply with the roof design and covering manufacturer’s requirements.
Is MAXI PLUS available as SYSTEM SK2?
Yes. The SYSTEM SK2 version has two integrated adhesive strips that speed up installation and help create tight, secure overlaps.
