The Eurovent® FLEX LINE aluminium finishing chimney strip is designed for various chimney flashing. The surface of aluminium is profiled in a special shape to ensure efficient installation of the strip in the chimney area. It is made of high-quality aluminium sheet.

Application and Technical Data
The Eurovent® FLEX LINE chimney flashing strip is used for finishing the connection between the chimney and the roof, as well as for sealing works around the chimney. It enables proper sealing in critical areas surrounding the chimney and ensures an aesthetically pleasing finish of roofing works. The strip is installed on the edge of the chimney flashing tape and the chimney using quick-fix screws. It is recommended to seal the upper edge of the strip with roofing sealant.

In order to achieve maximum tightness and durability of the chimney flashing, Eurovent® FLEX LINE should be used in combination with:
- Eurovent® chimney tapes, such as FLEX ULTRA Q, FLEX 3D and FLEX STANDARD, which ensure flexible and tight adaptation to the roof surface,
- Eurovent® FLEX CORNER sealing corners, enabling precise and aesthetic finishing of connections,
- Eurovent® highly vapour-permeable roof membranes, protecting the roof structure against moisture and water vapour condensation,
- Eurovent® adhesive and sealing tapes, ensuring full tightness of the chimney flashing area.

Why use FLEX LINE with chimney flashing tape?
It secures and neatly finishes the upper edge of the flashing tape against the chimney wall.
How is FLEX LINE installed?
It is placed over the tape-to-chimney junction and mechanically fixed with screws.
Should its upper edge be sealed?
Yes. The upper edge should be sealed with a suitable roofing sealant.
What is FLEX LINE made of?
High-quality profiled aluminium sheet resistant to external weather conditions.
Is FLEX LINE only decorative?
No. It also stabilises the flashing edge and helps protect the upper junction.
