PUR GK
Eurovent® PUR GK is a sealing tape designed for sealing applications in construction. It is made of closed-cell polyethylene foam and coated on one side with an acrylic dispersion-based adhesive. Thanks to its elasticity, it compensates for unevenness between the substrate and the batten or structural profiles used for gypsum plasterboard and gypsum fibreboard systems.

Application and technical data
Eurovent® PUR GK sealing tape is designed for sealing and insulating building structures. It is used as a sealing and acoustic insulation tape in drylining systems. Applied between the substrate and the structural profiles of gypsum plasterboard or gypsum fibreboard systems, it helps reduce sound transmission. It is also suitable for sealing timber battens fixed to roof structures. Installed beneath counter battens, battens or plasterboard profiles, it compensates for surface irregularities and seals fixing penetrations.

To achieve maximum performance of Eurovent® PUR GK, it is recommended to use it as part of a complete system together with:
- Eurovent® roof membranes, which protect the roof structure against moisture and support the airtightness of sealing zones created with the foam tape.
