GRATE VENTI
The Eurovent® GRATE VENTI ventilating eaves grate is manufactured in the injection moulding process from high-quality polypropylene. Designed for use as venting element within the eaves area in sloping roofs for roof coverings with a lower profile. Special additives ensure resistance to weather conditions.

Application and Technical Data
Eurovent® GRATE VENTI is used to secure the roof eaves against birds, rodents and larger insects. It protects the secured area against the blowing-in of leaves and other contaminants, thus ensuring proper ventilation and air circulation in the roof area. It is suitable for use with lower-profile roof coverings, e.g. beaver-tail roof tiles, etc.

To achieve maximum ventilation efficiency and long-term durability of the roof covering, the Eurovent® GRATE VENTI should be used as part of a complete system together with:
- other Eurovent® eaves system components, ensuring proper air intake and effective protection against debris, insects and contaminants,
- highly vapour-permeable Eurovent® roof membranes (roof underlays / underdeck membranes), supporting correct roof ventilation while protecting the structure against moisture,
- Eurovent® sealing and adhesive tapes, guaranteeing airtight joints and reliable protection against moisture ingress.
The use of complete Eurovent® system solutions ensures reliable ventilation, durable protection of the roof structure and long-term performance of the entire roofing system.

What is Eurovent® KRATKA VENTI used for?
It creates a protected air inlet at the eaves. It allows ventilation while helping to keep out birds, rodents, larger insects and debris.
What coverings is it best suited to?
Mainly low-profile coverings such as plain tiles. In these roofs a tall flexible comb is usually unnecessary.
How does KRATKA VENTI differ from GRZEBIEŃ VENTI?
It has no tall flexible teeth, so it suits low-profile coverings better. COMB VENTI is intended for medium- and high-profile roofs.
Does it protect against birds?
Yes. It closes larger openings while maintaining the airflow required for ventilation.
Why should it remain unobstructed?
Air enters the ventilation space through the grille, so it should not be covered by insulation or other components.
